Inchofmetal.com custom cuts each individual order to customer requirements. For this reason, we do not accept returns of processed material. If an order is placed in error, please contact our sales team at 517.263.4625 immediately. If the order has not been through processing in our facility, we will be more than happy to cancel the order for you. Sales and warehouse staff are available Monday thru Friday from 9 am to 4 pm EST.
